COMPANY HISTORY

Motron started in 1973 providing service in the automotive diagnostic analyzer field. Although highly successful in this business, new technological changes were slowly eroding future business prospects. By 1980, it was apparent that this business would not continue to sustain and provide growth. A new focus was developed in the automotive aftermarket business to supply, install and service car audio systems, alarms, remote car starters and other remote control devices. Since 1980, Motron has become a major force in this industry throughout south-western Ontario, and today, this focus of the automotive electronic business is our mainstay.

The need for high quality, reliable and cost effective repair service is always important. Motron has achieved Authorized Factory Service Centre status for each major product brand which it sells. This designation comes only after rigorous training and equipment and inventory criteria have been met.

CURRENT STATUS

Motron Inc. operates from premises in London, Ontario, incorporating installation bays, a technical repair department, warehousing and showroom facilities. We also provide on-site installation and diagnostic services to automobile dealerships throughout south-western Ontario.
